OUR FRIENDS & ALLIES

Since 1887, St. Anne Institute
has empowered children and families to overcome crises through personalized treatment plans.
Our flexible, multidisciplinary approach adapts to evolving needs, offering a comprehensive range of services, including residential and non-residential programs for adolescent females, a special education preschool, and community-based treatment focused on abuse prevention and intervention for individuals and families.

OUR MISSION
To support refugees
and immigrants
to build new lives and thrive
in the Capital Region.
We do this through
language classes,
immigration and employment assistance, youth programming, and case management.

Our programs and services aim to give children items for sustainability, a healthy self-concept, and a foundation to start healing. Things of My Very Own, Inc. provides crisis intervention services to children who have been impacted by extensive abuse and/or neglect. We also provide services to children at-risk of a Child Protective Services intervention due solely to not having basic items needed for sustainability. The organization works to keep children with their non-abusive family members and out of the foster care system whenever possible.
